Account Information:When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company details through our onboarding process.

Payment Information:All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We only receive a token and subscription status information.

Data for AI Agents:To provide our services, we process the data you provide to our AI agents. This includes documents for analysis (DocuMind), financial data for invoices (Invoice Agent), and business communications for analysis (Client Pulse).

OAuth Connections:If you connect your Google or Microsoft account, we access your email to send communications on your behalf. We store authentication tokens securely using AES-256-GCM encryption. We do not store your emails.

Usage Data:We collect anonymous data about your interactions with our platform to monitor freemium quotas and improve our services.

3How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve our services.

To process transactions and manage your subscription.

To train and enhance the accuracy and performance of our AI Agents. Data used for training is anonymized and aggregated.

To communicate with you about your account and service updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following third-party service providers who help us operate our platform:

Supabase:Our primary database provider.

Firebase:Our authentication provider.

Stripe:Our payment processor.

OpenAI & Replicate:To power our AI agents. We only send the necessary data to perform a task, and our agreements with these providers ensure the data is handled confidentially and securely.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data. This includes AES-256 encryption for sensitive data both in transit and at rest, and strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies in our database to ensure your data is isolated and protected.
